![]() This starch is made from the dried cassava root, tastes of nothing really, and works as a binding agent that is better described as. ![]() The only more complicated ingredient that you have to buy now is tapioca starch. So in order for all of us to enjoy a Caprese salad, here's a recipe based on (surprise!) cashews. ![]() You can actually buy it already in most Natural food stores, but they are quite expensive. But there's always some mozzarella sticking to a tomato slice, and eating some tomato with basil isn't quite what we wanted in the first place, right? Being vegan, we often creep around these plates full of tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil, and just wish to eat a small portion of it. Further, if it’s full of officers, then be prepared to pay your bill after each and every officer has paid their bill, also be prepared to be ignored, discriminated against and highly humiliated. We're pretty sure you know the neatly arranged Italian salad called Caprese from any kind of buffet, barbecue, or family celebration. Please stay away from this restaurant, it is full of rude, arrogant and humiliating people. Having left the restaurant, we were so angry, that the pizza my wife had decided to place in a takeaway box, was discarded - we promptly placed the pizza in the nearest bin. If this incident had happened in London, then the police officer, would have rightfully said to the manager, that I was in the queue first, that he should process my payment first– that’s justice! Just because a customer is in a police uniform, should not mean, that they are superior then a tourist or anyone else. Needless to say, the whole experience was terrible for both me and my wife. Only a few minutes ago, was I first in the line, wallet out and prepared to pay, when I was abruptly stopped, ignored and humiliated. Instead, I was forced to do the walk of shame, as everyone in the restaurant watched me as I got up and paid the bill – in such a humiliating manner. This incident could have been avoided, if the manager simply and quietly approached my table, apologised for the inconvenience, and he then could have simply taken my payment. I found the whole experience highly humiliating, embarrassing, and frankly disturbing. To my shock, the manager then aggressively shouted across the room, for me to go over and pay the bill. At this point I was quite upset and decided to return to my table, hopelessly thinking someone might have the decency to bring over the bill. Subsequently, the other three male police officers got up and built up a queue behind the manager, they all presented their cards, the manager to my absolute horror, continued to completely ignore me, as he processed each payment for each individual officer. Having walked towards the manager, and got out my wallet and bank card, the manager was going over my bill, when one of the officers in police uniform approached the manager with his bank card to pay for his own bill the manager then rather shockingly, asked me to wait, he stopped processing my bill, and gave his undivided attention to the officer, and processed the officer’s payment. Having eaten our meal, I asked a waiter for the bill, and he said that I had to approach the manager and pay the bill. I found that the restaurant had been occupied by six customers who were in police uniform, four males and two females. The second incident is rather more serious. He could have simply and politely pointed me in the correct direction – and without the theatrics. ![]() I found his lack of mannerisms disturbing to say the least. The first incident, I was walking towards the toilets, when a waiter stopped me, he was tall and of a large physic and in a really patronising manner, he smirked at me and laughingly said I was headed towards the ladies and the gents toilets were in the opposite direction. Then I had the misfortune of experiencing two terrible incidents! Our first impressions of the place was generally good, the ambience/feel of the place was initially fine, and. We booked a reservation at the Mozzarella e Basilico – Milano restaurant, as it offered halaal food. I and my wife recently travelled to Milan as tourists.
